Please (in detail) describe the incident
Cant remember what server, but. This now 'ex' gang member has been off the server for about a month before returning on the 5th. I recieved a text message from UNMC saying one of our guys is talking out of rp, stuff like that. At the time we did not know who it was as he had his gps off. After being informed it was Dogg who was doing it i flew over myself to see what was actually going on. As i touched down shots started to be fired and he seemed to Rdm a civilian and a UNMC member, before shooting and executing myself. Obviously this is going to look weird to people reporting our own gang member however we feel that due to this behavior he should not be back allowed onto this Server.

Im sure Pvt Welshwolf and whoever else was at that border can confirm the talking out of rp etc...
I believe that the reason that this is done is like a ''Goodbye gesture'' towards the community and some of the things he said suggest this also.
