Please (in detail) describe the incident
So i was driving past kavala construction when i seen a man with a gun out and a man dying on the floor i turn around to see what is going on the man with the pistol runs away i tell the man to stop running or he will be tazed, i loose sight of the man and try to find him when i find him i ask him to put the pistol down and he shoots me without saying anything
i asked him to come to liaison he refused to come
