Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself and the rest of Cerberus MC were attempting to kidnap PC Cummings and have some fun with him as he is funny to roleplay with. We ended up in a shootout with police and during this time Mick Dundan helped some of our members escape. We were then all collected, taken to Pillbox and treated, and then taken to MRPD to get sentenced. Whilst in the cells around 4 Cerberus members pushed into the PD to come save us, where they used the G6 officer there to take us out of the cells. We were getting the G6 and Police to all drop their guns and anything they could use against us (phones, radios, all weapons etc) to which we were planning to have one of the Police escort us out being used as a hostage. Patraig pointed out that he needed to eat, to which we got a G6 to cut him out of zip ties to eat. Once out of zip ties Patraig was given multiple commands to drop his guns, the guns he had taken from us, and anything belonging to myself. He dropped things one by one trying to waste time, and when given about 10-12 commands to raise his hands so I could check, he waffled on some excuses to try and waste even more time. Once he finally complied I told him to drop his guns he had failed to drop, to which he then wasted EVEN MORE time dropping random things.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I could have shot him for not complying multiple times as we had no plans of shooting feds, just getting our members out of PD and retrieving our stuff. He then eventually dropped his guns and I then took him to another member (Mickey McFinnigan) where we needed him to unlock doors to retrieve another one of our members. He then kept itching towards the door to which he was told if he went through the door he would be shot, we took him back through another door to which whilst he had an Assault Rifle and Pump Shotgun pointed at him, he then decided it would be okay to run through the door and lock it. I then ran through the door before it locked and tried to pursue him to which he ran up the stairs and retrieved another Assault Rifle. This ended up with Cerberus killing every officer within the PD to which it ended up in a 1v1 gunfight in the cells with myself and Patraig which he eventually ended up getting the upper hand and downing me. (This was luckily was made up by Mick Dundan who kept trying to set us free)
This interaction with Patraig changed the entire outcome of the scenario. The roleplay could have continued with us escaping as that was the plan. to which further investigations, raids, and RP with Police whilst out and about could have happened. But it was cut short due to his rule break.
I took Patraig to QE after the situation where staff was present, to which I mentioned from my side how it was NVL to which his response was (I'm just a cunt, have you known me to be any different? I'm the type of person to drop 1 PB at a time when I'm getting robbed.)
I can understand wanting to long out being robbed for things, but basically admitting NVL because he wanted to win the situation secured my opinion to report it. I have had lots of interactions with Police having no value of life, pressing their panic buttons with multiple guns pointed at them and this one has won the medal for all of them.
I believe this to be a very hard win mentality and very poor from himself as someone who has been in the server a very long time, and a cop on the server for long too, as even though he was refusing I gave him multiple chances to which I could have just shot him. I believe him not complying multiple times when told to do things is a very hard no value of life which ruined the situation with us completely.
I also believe him using the door to run through and lock was more NVL and could be considered Power gaming as he was using the door to run through knowing we couldn't have unlocked it due to the lack of police on the server (We knew this prior trying to do a bank)
