Me and INS Wade we dealing with a situation a while after i saw a man running towards me behind him was a hobo on a quad i thought nothing of it until he hit me and i did like 10 flips over the kavala bridge, then i spiked him later and once i asked him to step off the quad he Logged out so i asked wade if i could Scrap his quad but he told me just to impound it i could not resolve in the liaison room as he/she disconnected. after this i searched the person in Stats and they changed their name to PAUL POGBA. so i believe the did this to try prevent me from asking them into TS
