Please (in detail) describe the incident: So me and some friends were doing a setup on Perry (the intention was not to kill him just kidnap and warn him and make some rp). My friend Timmy started by pretending to buy an car from Perry who works at PDM and they test drived a car to make it seem normal. When they were done Timmy sent me a message “gogo” which meant is was our time to go and kidnap Perry. We planned that I was not going to speak in the beginning bc Perry would recognise my accent bc its an very strong accent. Jack was slow and when Jack tried to speak he was whispering so I had to talk.

After that Perry started walking towards me and saying “its you Corinter” which I responded to warn him 9 times to put his hands up which he did not.
I believe this to be NVL he did not value his life and refused to comply with my demands.

After I shot him, I tried to carry him and he rejected and then he started screaming “you can fuck of mate” with normal voice (he just got shot in the face with an asault smg). I feel this was poor rp on his part after being frustrated of the situation and ignored his injuries in rp

After this we were going to go and get a drill so we could open the locked garage door because Perry refused to be carried.

When we came back we were surprised to see Henry running out full force and not even park the car like he knew Perry was downed, Perry never used his phone or radio to contact him.

Hi there!

I will be answering on the reason as to why i was at PDM, as i find the rest of the report to be irrelevant of my involvement.

Starting off i can understand the assumtion of potential metagaming due to the reason of having my Drauger conveniently pulling up to PDM and me storming towards the door. In all honestly my first thought would probably been the same aswell, however this is not the case and additionally I would had been more than happy to go QE to clarify this inconvenience of yours. This is my recollection of the events.

Prelude
During the evening Me and Perry joined an on going event with John and Gregg who were doing a halloween clue hunt, using the same Drauger as seen in the clip. We had been going around looking for a person with given clues whilst being challenged to dressing up in different costumes for extra points.

At some point in the beginning we stopped to change initial costume, i belive it might been the one near the pharmacy (i however did not take part of said dress up as i prefer my suit).
I recall Perry dressing up as a black and orange race car driver that i found amusing as i thought he looked like Stinger from Top Gear

Events leading up to my arrival to Power St PDM
We had been around the LS airport being stuck on clue for a long time, Perry began questioning if we were looking in the wrong place and decided to fly to the northerner airstrips.

We parked up the Drauger and the remaining three including me decided to take a helicopter looking around until we finally had found the location where the clue led us. I dropped off John and Gregg at the location (Beneath the big bridge on the small dock part) and called Perry whom returned back to LS airport.

Upon returning Perry said he had a customer wanting to buy a car at Power St PDM, thus we took the Drauger out of LS airport public parking and i proceeded to dropped him off at Power St PDM, after which i rejoined the hunt with John and Gregg at the clothing store by Vespucci Beach.

After significant time of picking cloths whilst waiting for the next clue, i handed the keys for the Drauger to either John or Gregg as they were the onces getting the clues via text, then we set off towards the next clue.

Whilst driving past the dealership I glanced through the windows and saw a dark figure laying on the floor, we had been going at a significant speed thus i yelled out to the driver to stop and turn around as i thought that might been Perry due to his dark apparel.

Any further inquiries you have for my reason being at the dealership?

Unfortunately i do not have footage of the evening as my interactions of the events i did not experience anything that would constitute a rulebreak on my end. You neither said anything in OOC, Discord nor in-game via text or phone. You had all of that information available prior except for my session ID at the time, you could have easily used one of those ways to contact me to arrange footage of the events. Now from my perspective it seems like you are fishing more than anything at the moment about my involvement in retrieving Perry. I am however unaware if anyone else inside the car has any footage saved of the evening.
 
Hey, driver of the Drauger here.. Just wanted to chime in really to say that the only reason we were driving past there is because we were playing a "find the collective" game/event internally and we were on route to turf.

Unfortunately I didn't clip anything as I wasn't aware there was really anything more to the situation here, nothing was called out in OOC from what I saw.
 
Hello Henry.
Its very hard that you had seen him downed by "glancing" through window while going at “significant speed”, even if you went slow, the place Perry laid in would make it really hard to see.
Also Henry You say "thus i yelled out to the driver to stop and turn around" but this not true, Timmy (id 40) in the red car and seen you drive directly to PDM coming from legion, right past ammunition and drive straight there without double backing and you can see briefly in my clip your car turning in ss. And I will get friends to reply.

I came from the same direction you're driving in the picture above, drove past PDM, then turned around as soon as Henry called it out.. We didn't just come "straight from ammunation" like you said here.

I'd suggest checking Timmy's POV to verify this if he has the clip.
 
I would just like to say to any staff that will be reviewing this, I accept that I was in the wrong for the way that I acted and accept full responsibility for my actions, poor RP and not valuing the NVL and I would like to apologise in advance before any action is taken on this matter and this will not be happing again as I'm sure this is a first for me as well S18 as far as reports go.
