Please (in detail) describe the incident
After a guy stole my vehicle I initiated on his tires and chased him. When I caught up with him I told him to stop running but he refused. Eventually I shot HODGY (the guy I was chasing) in the leg, demanding him to stop running, but he still did not follow any of my orders which I found to to be very poor. The main reason for reporting HODGY is he repeatedly saying and I quote "My mum is dieing of cancer" as some sort of joke in my eyes, which I personally found very childish, toxic, and disrespectful.
I am also reporting Peucoz for Rdm, as no sort of initiation was said towards me when he turned up, and the fact he killed a police officer and HODGY (a civ) also for no valid reason in my eyes.
