Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was caught running out the bank after lockpicking a door to where it turn in to chase with police i feel the clip speak for it self i did try calling Jin to QE to where he refused in LOOC https://i.gyazo.com/c165ae00bb7b10929bea00cff0b98121.png i think if anything should off been aloud to continue because as you can see in clip he turns in to me and hit me when i said he rammed me all i got was you whet threw gap where to me it looked like other officers was going let me repair and carry on but instead Jin 208 and Colm 244 tackled me cutting rp short due to desync it seemed

Hello, I'm happy to go to QE as I as under the impression you only wanted Jin in QE. Here's my POV of the situation https://medal.tv/games/gta-v/clips/lQB7qYTj8N8E_DaSt?invite=cr-MSx0ZEwsMTQ2MzM0OTYw&v=41 I compared our POV's and honestly don't know whether it was De Sync ot not, however you tried driving between 2 cars and unfortunately you got knocked off and that ended up with you getting arrested. Personally I feel this would be more of an RP issue that could be pursuded further in game rather than a server rule break. If you or staff would like any further explanation from me let me know. If theres any more POV's of this situation and it does turn out to be De Sync then I apologise

Thank you for your reply after reviewing your pov you can see it was desync witch of course you can’t say within character that why I whet by my pov off as I was rammed (tryed going to qe)as you see I was rammed and jin didn’t wanna RP as that instead called me dumb ass for going threw the gap witch is why the report up for poor rp you was mentioned because I didn’t know who was driving at the time but thank you for clear it up as it was jin

We didn't cut RP short, we gave you a lengthy chase, finally at the end you tried to squeeze through a gap between two cars whilst I'm also moving to to face the same direction you will be at, the gap closed and you got knocked off.

The RP after is in character, your character made a silly and reckless decision to randomly try and squeeze through a gap between cars and you got knocked off then began complaining about it in character. Of course I'm going to tell you to stop being a baby IC. I'm character, I made it my mission to stop people getting away with doing silent banks hence why we stayed in the area so long and why we were so hell bent on catching you.

I declined QE because QE is for server rules being broken. I do not see this is as low quality RP and I have broken no server rules by ramming you off the bike (albeit unintentionally). I tried to give you a chance to get back on your bike and go but you decided to start repairing instead, which would have repaired all the damage you sustained during the actual chase and hence I did not deem it appropriate.

Ramming you off the bike during a chase is an in character issue not a server rule as its also not VDM in my opinion nor is it low quality RP.

so normally when your in a chase and you get hit by accident there let you repair to carry on the rp and with how long you been in police you should know that there was a bike right behind me could off got off and got me but instead he drove off and let me repair I tried running to your car to see how you wanted to play it instead moved away from me ie let me repair or just carry on as can be seen in the clip and the point off qe was so you was aware you did ram me and to me the poor rp given from your self because way you was talking was like you never rammed me and me personally feel the the rp was cut short (being rammed) and getting called dumb ass for taking a chance witch to me is all within poor rp but we let staff decide what there think nothing further need from my self unless staff need anything else
