After me and Ivan pulls up on Weed pro the first thing we're told is to put our hands up or we will be shot, after the poor initiation the clip describes the incident pretty well, After I restrain NerVez he decides to combat log. I told his fellow gang mates after we arrested them about what he did and that he should contact me, he has not.
Since I'm unable to find him on team speak/server I'm placing this report.

@NerVez can you please explain your thought process during this? And please explain to me in your own words what rule you broke and why we have this rule in place. If I am to give you a second chance, after you blatantly combat logged, I want to see that you understand the rule you have been reported for. I'll expect an answer from you within 24 hours.

@NerVez I must say I am dissapointed when you request a second chance, I was willing to let you explain yourself to recieve a second chance then you dont reply to my questions. You have even been on the website a few times after I initially tagged you, which means you've seen the notification of me tagging you and you've just neglected this. You will recieve a ban for 2.5 for this report. Logging out while restrained is not allowed...

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).
