Please (in detail) describe the incident

We were flying in our Hellcat and we were followed by [R.]MrKatalyst and his friend.This video clearly shows he intentionally flew into us causing me and 3 of my friends to die.We tried to get him to join teamspeak but he refused and threatened us with a video of us robbing his helicopter (which we didn't do).
