Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was on Police patrol when I spot an ifrit. Naturally, all units 'I see an ifrit' etc. These two hobos in the ifrit keep stopping in the middle of the road and turning in what seems to be attempts to cause VDM. Their terrible driving allows us to disable their vehicle, but AR still want to ram them after we radioed for a hunter
. Afterwards we do our stuff, scrap the ifrit, 'you're coming to the station' etc. Except, when we try to put them in the car, they keep hopping out. I OOC and warn them 'it's glitching - you could be permabanned - please stop' but to no avail. When we finally do get them in the car I decide they're going to prison. Unfortunately an offroad hits us and kills all four. After that, I try to get them to teamspeak for VDM and glitching, but he just spouts stuff about how 'I can't install it/I have skype/SOOO SORRY'. I checked with Staff members Farmer Giles and Nathan to see what they thought of their excuses, and to their advice I am writing this report.For your information, here is the chat I had with Jip when trying to get him onto TeamSpeak: http://imgur.com/a/7u7Fw
