Turned up to a roadblock that was set up by some rebels. I soon noticed a guy running up the hill getting chased by a rebel. I drive up to the guy and jump out of my car and tells him I'm friendly. I then try to ask him if he wants a ride to get away from the rebel but he did not answer. I jumped into my car and he just runs up to me and starts firing his whole tazer mag into me, without saying a word. I then jump out of the car and kill him in self defense.
I have not tried to resolve it because after I killed him he instantly combat logged and he was not on ts.
