I dont know how to explain other than saying he RDM'ed us the video clearly shows it. Its not even about the stuff/money that we lost it is more about the fact that this is clearly not rp and he clearly does not want to follow the rules.

@Pellboy Could you please upload a longer video showing at least three minutes prior to the shots being fired. Thank you

 
Thank you @Pellboy for the longer footage, normally I would like to see at least three minutes, but I feel this shows pretty clearly that you weren't involved in anything.

Now as for the person you have reported. That's pretty clear VDM followed by some pretty clear RDM. No real questioning that there. As such he will be punished.

Now either you or your friend did also call him a "R****d" and thats not something we would want to hear here. I can't prove which of you said that so I will not be punishing you for that, but please make sure it doesn't happen again.
