After scanning the Hatchback with the ANPR and finding the owner of the vehicle was wanted, we attempted to stop the vehicle. After pulling over, the driver drove off without any chance to interact or have any quality role play. We resumed pursuit and were shot and killed in Agios with no warning.
After speaking to the RDM'er, and asking for him to come on team Speak to resolve the issue, he refused stating that we initiated by chasing his friend with sirens on. I suggested he read the rules and he still claimed there was no issue.
