Please (in detail) describe the incident

Went to store money in the ATM approached by Sal Calmore and told to put my hands up, he did not have a weapon then his friend Dennis shoots me.

I tried to resolve and im still willing to resolve if they respond on this report as i was unable to resolve due to the players leaving the server.

While not an official rule, hobo initiation is very heavily frowned upon and usually against the rules. RDM stipulates that the person shooting must have attempted to have engaged in RP prior to opening fire. The exception to this is where the people are part of a gang and it is a reasonable assumption they are associated and acting as a single unit. Neither factor in this case applies, and so this report is approved.

I would also advise against such confidence in your actions, and perhaps if you went to discuss it in TS this would not have put you on the receiving end of a ban.
