Please (in detail) describe the incident
So to explain in detail , we responded to a gas station robbery where we were told leave or die leave or die. So we tazed the hobo with a pistol and restrained him. We then got engaged by his friend ( who killed SGT Tim) , the civilian then lost restraints due too Tim dying. He then wen't to kill me and the other PC on patrol. I would like to say in the video i do say " What a Fucking cunt" , this was not intended as a direct attack on the person , but purely as a moment of rage that he restrained glitched and killed us , which is very annoying.
Time frame ( to make it clear)
1 second in - Tim restrains Sam
5 second in - Tim gets killed.
31 second in - I taze the guy who killed Tim , which shows he could not have unrestrained his friend.
End of video - Me and Lewis die , due to him running around and shooting while he should be in restraints.

Yes - SGT Tim sent the guy 3 messages in game asking if he could come to TS to talk about what happened. He never came.
