Please (in detail) describe the incident: At around 10:40 hours on the 13th September 2025 Insp James Miller witnessed a green in colour Packer VRN: BG04 PFF driving in a manor that falls bellow the standard of a carful and competent driver by monting the pavement and failing to stop for red lights on Poplar Street northbound. This vehicle made its way onto the Elisian Fields Freeway northbound and Sgt Avion Soalr in a marked police vehicle was in front of it. Sgt Solar exited the freeway at the off slip to Poplar Street and the Packer followed however when Sgt Solar got stuck behind slow moving traffic the packer overtook in the single lane and almost cased an RTC. The decision was made to preform a traffic stop on the vehicle/ The truck dropped its trailer then came to a stop at the junction. Sgt Solar pulled along side and the driver verbally indicated he was not going to stop. The packer backed up and re connected his trailer . Sgt Solar stopped in front of him and got out of his vehicle to go talk to the driver at which point the driver drove forwards into Sgt Solar despite there being other options such as driving around him.
Insp James Miller perused the suspect southbound onto Poplar street where the suspect shouted "im not going to give you another warning, stop following me". Insp Millar continued to follow and after spinning his truck around the suspect drew a pistol and began firing at Insp Miller striking. The pursuit continued for a short while where the suspect repeatedly shot at officers and it is believed he attmepted to ram Insp miller off his motorcycle at one point.

I believe that in this incident the suspect had broken the following rules in the following ways:
G1.3 Baiting
The suspect intentionally committed road traffic offences in front of police officers and then justified them attempting a traffic stop as reason to run them over and open fire upon them

G1.1 Random Vehicle Death Match and G1.2 Random Death Match
The suspect did not provide any quality RP before running Sgt Solar over despite there been options for him to do so and also provided very minimal RP before opening fire at Insp Millar

G2.12 Poor Quality RP
The suspect used a simple traffic stop for road traffic offences as justification to start running over and shooting officer

ok so lets start off with the baiting why would I bait? im doing trucking to earn money in all honestly I couldnt even see if it was an officer behind me or just a man on a bike and at that point I didnt want to find out as i saw the guy on the bike was on his radio which could mean many things such as he wants to rob me or follow me to a location where he could easily rob me as I am dropping the fuel.

RDM you boxed my car in and tried to sting me?? what was i ment to do lay down and surrender? i didnt want to run you over but you got out your car i wanted to go round you but either way it was you or the biker cop either way someone was going to get hit and at that point it was a split decision made by me to go right and not left. you also could clearly see the purple mask and how we are treated differently to any others in the city we dont just get pulled over we get searched and arrested as I always carry a gun on me.

also poor rp i asked you to leave me alone to the biker cop he did not listen to me i gave him more than enough time you guys decided to keep following me? so i sent some warning shots towards the biker thinking that this would stop any further following but it didnt. If anything this is nvl on your end as i warned you multiple times to leave me alone and you didnt listen and even then after me shooting at you guys you kept on following me which is fair enough you can do so.

I would also like to add that this is a common occurrence with you sitting around and following truck drivers early in the morning so you can pull them over and fine and put points on there licence (which you can fully do so) but as you have done this to me in the past and i dont want anymore points on my licence so i decided not to stop which i am in my full right to do so. you used your character as a barrier as you clearly thought that in doing so you would be safe as you clearly think its rdm or vrdm if i were to run you over which i think is a joke you put yourself in that position and had to deal with the consequences. would also like to add why would you go straight to try and sting me you could have easily pursued me in your car im in a truck it does 80mph where could i possibly go to out run you? but you wanted to clearly instatly sting me and be done with the situation which is poor on your end.
