I was robbing a person and this guy just comes up from nowhere without saying anything and shoots me in the face. Tried to resolve it with the person but he said he wont play on the server anymore.

@IsakF Not going to even bother looking any further into that video as soon as I see that editing... we do not accept edited videos of the situation so you have 24h to respond if you are able to upload actual acceptable evidence and then do so and link it when it is ready or make a reply stating that you cannot. If I see that you've visited the report inbetween without doing one of the above responses then it shall likely be rejected before the 24h.

I have now updated the video and i hope it is better now.

@IsakF Right, so this still does not work as there are issues with this. As it is said on the screen before you get to write the report "Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore it is advised  to supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs." and right now the video starts just before you go after that player and for all I know you were in a gunfight a minute ago and the person who killed you was in said fight and has a legitimate reason to fight you still. Onto the next issue is that I cannot hear your voice so I have no idea what you are saying as it could relate the other issue which states at somepoint that you were/are in a fight alongside other many other things that could have been said.

Are you able provide enough of at least 2-3 minutes more before the video starts or until it is more than clear enough that there is very very little to no chance of any prior engagements or otherwise that would have lead to this? Same as before reply as soon as you see this stating if you can or not, if you can then update your response with the video link once it is uploaded.

I had to lower the volume some times in the video since my friends microphone is broken and makes really loud sounds sometimes. apologies for that.

My shadowplay is set to save past 3minutes so this is the earliest i have of the incident. I had been scouting them for a while. I havent engaged them before i pointed the gun to their face. I assume that he had alot of money on him and didnt want to get robbed. I have my mic on shadowplay muted and i am sorry for that. I dont like having my microphone active on other videos i upload. 

I was talking to the guy i was robbing to tell him to put his hands up. I did constantly and he was not cooperating. He kept delaying it so his friend could come and shoot me, which i think is what happened.

I see you recorded talking to two staff members... why have you included this exactly? In it as it as well you point out in the video a link to the report as if that clip serves as evidence. @IsakF

I was talking to the staff members because i was wondering what to do. I clicked the link to go to the report website. I uncluded me talking to the admins since that is when i died because of the restart. 

 
In this instance, cannot see any form of roleplay from him back and cannot see much of any interaction beforehand.
