Spawned in my garage. Started driving towards Athira to get some clothing which is where the video starts. Turn the corner and see a guy execute someone on the floor. I walk up to him and well I think that the video explains the 9 second interaction I have with him. Asked him initially to teamspeak where he told me to 'Fuck off' The he says get video and ill come. I get the video uploaded. Ask him again to which he said for me to kill myself - All can be seen in OOC chat logs.

@TikTak Working on getting a longer video before hand. Thought that that video would show enough of RDM as I had only just entered athira after spawning telos and driving there. I have also supplied one screenshot now of him swearing OOC to me: https://gyazo.com/6875d7fa69e13bcc08a5a25966d8dd8c   I do not have a screenshot of him telling me to kill myself but I do believe an admin (Tik Tak I believe) kicked him off the server because of it.

I have a longer video which shows me spawning in my garage in Telos and then buying a gun and then driving towards Athira, however the video does not contain any sound. If you would like this still uploaded then let me know! Regardless of this I still think that the video adequately shows him breaking rules:

 (2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.
