Please (in detail) describe the incident

To start off with, myself and the other officer in my patrol noticed that siemanaradozo was robbing people in the greenzone. After initiating a foot pursuit and losing him, we went back to Kav Green zone. He then came back to Kavala and started knocking people out randomly in GZ with his weapon pulled as seen in the video "Randomly knocking people out". After this he left Kavala in his vehicle and shortly returned to VDM the other officer in a cop car. Once I had put restraints on him, he immediately Combat logged as seen in the video "Combat Log 1". After he reconnected to the server, he stole our Police hatchback and ended up being spiked. This ended in another foot pursuit with siemanaradozo being tazed and restrained. As he was restrained, he immediately disconnected again as seen in the video "Combat Log 2"

Person is already banned for 2.1 VDM. ANd then  he shortly to evade his ban aswell. 
This will al be noted on his record.
