Please (in detail) describe the incident
To be honest there is not much to describe, it was like about five minutes before the restart, i have been driving around waiting for the restart, i heard gunshots and saw SkyHunter whom was about to execute the other guy, i pulled over to have some rp, and trying to help the other guy, but he has just shot me, without any initiation, he did not say a single word, afterwards, he has also vdmed me.
My evidence video has 2 minutes before the incident, as a prove that i have never met this guy before, i can provide a longer video, with much more time before the incident if needed, i have never seen this guy, he has just randomly shot me, and vdmed me, and has probably committed rdm on the other guy, i do not have any video for that tho.
I have not tried to resolve the situation with this guy, as a cause of he has absolutely not been familiar with the rules, it was not a low roleplay, or acts that gone wrong, he rdmed and vdmed like it is a king of the hill server, if it was low roleplay i would try to resolve the situation because it might happen to everyone, but this is not the case.
For the incident it self skip to the end of the video, like i said the beginning is a proove that i have not met this guy before
