We were around Kavala and saw this guy in next to a hemmit, i decided to rp with him and then asked him about his rifle, i pulled out my gun and told him il be taking that rifle today if he gets in the truck pulls out a weapon or anything stupid the car will be disabled and he will be shot, he ended up pulling a gun and getting shot whilst he was on the floor begging to be shot with a pistol he broke rp got very salty, 5 minuites later we returned to kavala square after hiding the hemmit, when we went back he had broken nlr and then decided to smash his car into us (vdm) and his gang name also comes across racist, i rarely report people just try to sort it out in teamspeak but this many things within 5 mins and him being salty i decided to avoid the teamspeak option and go straight for the report - Kind Regards Rogue.

Ive had a quick look, i had to record 3 different videos so there will be a small cut, from when we kill him it skips the whole bit where we hide his hemmit and the next thing is my gang member giving me meds after ditching the hemmit and driving to kavala, from then is the vdm ect

Il have to put it in sony vegas and try get it so you can clearly see, il have to do it later since im busy right now, is whats shown not enough ? Really hate rendering times

 
This evidence will suffice, the reason we requested more evidence was to support some of your other claims. 
Nonetheless disgusting behaviour from Smokes who seems to have no regard for the rules we have in place here. 

Action Taken against SmokesFS for (1.2) Discrimination of any kind is punished by a permanent ban without appeal.
