Please (in detail) describe the incident

So... I just spawned in to come on a patrol for the first time in a few days. Start driving towards my patrolling unit (Who are near agios) and on the way I see an active robbery in the middle of the road. I go to jump out to negotiate and I just get smashed by some hobo with an MXM. Didn't feel like contacting him was necessary given the situation..
