Essentially me and Another guy met this guy in the kavala greenzone and he was being toxic so we both asked him to walk with us somewhere after this i initiated on him and he ran, after watching him run i went to a corner where i know he was gonna come back around, and i gave him another attempt to put his hands up he didnt so i shot him and he then broke RP After returning and breaking NLR , He was breaking more rules previous to this and after but i didnt catch it
