So after shooting down a helicopter at weed processor a hobo dropped down doing weed. As he was processing his weed I asked him to place his hands upon his head or else he will be tazed and after tazing him I put him in restraints however when I went to escort him out of the processor he disconnected. I couldn't find him on TeamSpeak so I couldn't resolve it.
