We approached Timothy Wuster and his friend at clams to rob them both people were placed in restraints as soon as we encountered them so we could contain the situation.
Timothy was very toxic through the whole encounter which is some what understandable as we are robbing him so i expect people not to be nice but there is a fine line and i believe he crossed this line.
Nobody in this community are any other community should have to listen to toxic people like this telling me im going to be anally raped is unacceptable then calling me a faggot in OOC see link to screenshot below.
Timothy was also talking whilst in restraints to his team mates and to members of my gang asking them to come and help him and to tell me to stop robbing him.
The next part of my complaint is this, my team mate was killed and Timothys restraints released him upon my team mates death, in real life restraints dont disappear are fall off he then took this opportunity to take my team mates gun and cash from the floor and make good his escape in his boat on the shore.
Below are screenshots showing him messaging one of my gang members after he escaped showing just how much of a bad attitude he has and how toxic this person is.
