Please (in detail) describe the incident: We was in auto exotic looking at upgrading my friends car, when we came back out we saw our mates car parked up so we was asking on radio what he was doing as looked like driving like a drunk, then our mate then informs us his car has been taken when his head popped, so naturally we followed it then he took a turning that was a dead alley, then out he jumped out and shot me and my mate with no form of role play at all. Can this issue be solved??

We normally let these sit for at least 24 hours to give the other party the opportunity to reply however considering how blatant this is I will go ahead and deal with this now.
Based on the video provided this is a clear-cut case of rdm no doubt.
There is however, something else I wish to mention and that's your "that's going to the government" comment, As much as I understand your frustration please try to refrain from comments such as these as for the roleplay it does not make any sense and is referring OOC information.

And a side note just to potentially make your life slightly easier, you can use F2 to pull out your phone rather than having it in your hotbar (unless you have bound F2 to something else).
