Hello.

You appear to have failed to add the scene at pharmacy just before this clip starts, you were explicitly told to leave me alone and go about your day. Leaving you with whatever evidence you had there and then of what's happening Inside.

However your driver then proceeded to say 'Oh nah I want the beef' and then continue to follow after I said he didn't want the trouble. You're In an active pursuit from 229 Pharmacy all the way to Legion where you were eventually gunned down for how you were speaking and acting to someone who's known for gun violence.

I didn't even go through the trouble of taking your bodies or bodycams, again further evidence to use against me. I wanted to further the RP scenario by creating a situation you could use against me In further Investigations. The Initial meeting wasn't for us to be an aggressor , but the way you guys acted caused a chain reaction for us to act.

I'd also like to mention that this driver also drove up and down Ballas car wash In a purple neon after this situation further baiting Ballas Into giving police a reaction they so badly seem to want as of late.

My first question is for you @ep3_zxck.
You are knowingly antagonising a known member of a large OCG. What was your expected outcome from the situation?

Second, @Tyson Blake do you think you could have done anything more to make the situation more enjoyable for the police's side?

Me personally I wasn’t the antagonist my colleague was we was made fully aware of potential threats due to being in OCG turf and of course stuff like this is expected due to conflict with gangs towards police but I don’t quite understand why we was chased around the city to end up being shot after being out of there turf and there area just to promote a example for the OCG to shoot at police at anytime and anywhere without any thought of caution that it maybe not a good idea to shoot police outside legion square next to the PD obviously there was no further outcome other that violence that led to that attack towards OT3-1 and it wasn’t just a lone wolf “Tyson Blake” on his own it was a collective gang effort which led to us being in that situation away from there territory

To be honest, everything seemed fine as they were heard giggling when they were being TC'd and no call for QE was made at all. Had something been said I would have cleared up any Issues that there may have been. I gave ample warning and gave them plenty of opportunity to leave.

The antagonistic comments ultimately led to the conclusion of the RP. They called out they didn't have the man power for It and were going to be left alone had they have left, but they needed to add the last comment to make sure they got a rise out of people.

My bad for putting the antagonising on you however it was still done.
As you mentioned as well you were made aware of potential threats and also seem to think this is expected.
I honestly do not really see the reason for this report.
To put it in simple terms "fuck around and find out".

Do I think that this may have been somewhat excessive? Maybe but not to the point of a rule break.
You are a part of a street gang and the expectation should not be that you can be continuously antagonised without retaliation. Just keep in mind to keep it proportional to what has been said/done against you.

Conclusion
With the above said I will not take any action in this report towards any player as I do not think any action taken in the evidence provided constitutes a rule break.
