What best describes this incident: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering violence.)
Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hello Staff

I was assisting other police officers securing a crime scene at Los Santos Custom's next to City Hall. A group of Hustlers was watching and interfering with police in a black sultan. I then returned to the scene after responding to a dispatch at MRPS. I was trying to secure some vehicles that was reported to have been involved. When an unknown person which looks to be apart of a news crew came over with a hustler member to ask some questions regarding of what happened.

Upon asking questions and trying to RP that i wouldn't be answering any questions. I told the hustler member to move to the other side of the road as this is a crime scene. Otherwise he could be arrested for obstruction. As i was telling him this, he walked away and then pulled out a firearm and shot me in the head without any RP. To me this is clearly RDM. I was a bit shocked as you can tell from how i reacted and wasn't expecting something like that to happen.

As being apart of a Whitelisted Gang. i would of expected better from this being a Hustler Member on how to RP. But his action speak louder then words so i will let staff make that decision.

Hi, I am the player reported, I see u only added one of the interactions is it possible for u to add them both so Staff could get the full storyline prior to the shooting, Also sorry for not coming to QE as we were still in a sit and was receiving medical RP, If anything is needed from me do pop a message and I will give all the information I can

I apparent you telling me about not coming to QE because you was in a situation. I would like to know what lead you to your actions today.

Now, if your talking about that first encounter on which you pulled up to see what was going on. Where i made it very clear and many attempts by asking you to leave as its a crime scene. On which you refused and i just got told to F**k off. Where is the RP in that. You then ran into the crime scene and was told again by officers to leave. But instead was interfering with what was going on, attempting to steal vehicles and then you left and watched from the other side of the road.

With that said. Do you believe that the first encounter justifies your actions after the second encounter?
Because i didn't want to answer any questions you was trying to ask and was told to move to the other side of the road. Does that justify you to shot my in the head.?

I wasn't rude to you in both encounters what so ever but instead of listening and trying to RP with you and the others in the Black sultan. I just got told to F**k off multiple times.
In all honestly I believe you knew exactly what you had done. Instead of being truthful and owning up to what you did. Your trying to justify you actions because of the first encounter. Not only did you clearly RDM me but also Poor RP.

The player in question is currently banned and will not be able to communicate any further replies.

I will however, be approving this report.
The interaction between yourself and the reported in the clip, does not justify the escalated aggression shown by the reported party.

Needless to say, it wasn't entirely random - but it is not considered high enough quality RP for the actions taken. Thus amounting to RDM.

This will be added onto their current serving ban.
