I was sat in my HEMMT in Kavala as I had to step away from my PC to have a wee, vehicle was locked and engine wasn't running, as I sit down I reply to someone in OOC and look around to see someone standing looking at me, then a gunshot goes off and I'm dead.

Based on the 3 reports here all for the same "user", it is clear that this player is here for nothing more than to cause trouble. While two of the reports do not have evidence that would be quickly actionable the report by John Woll, found here does: 



 
These are all likely to have been, as shown in the report above clear cases of RDM. It is unlikely that "User" has read the rules, and so if he wishes to return to our community he will undoubtedly have to do so in order to fulfill an unban appeal.
