Saw that V1P3R died and then Combat logged, checked the map to see where he was just as his icon disappered and the steam ticket failed error / disconnect messages came up. Sent an Admin request in-game as Ruthless Info was on and he said to put up a forum report (hence why I'm making this report), unfortunately I only have a screenshot as OBS decided not to start recording. Wasn't able to attempt a resolution as he'd left the server and wasn't on TS, not that we would really need one.
