Okay. So there is quite a few things I want to point out in this report, so I will do it in parts per person.
About the NLR - In this video there is no proof of any break of NLR, so we will exlude that from the report. I mean, there could potentially be signs that they did (left their trucks there and the bodybag) but there is no way for us from your video to be sure of that. So as I said, lets disregard that.
About the VDM - Walterss try to overtake you, but as he turned into the right lane, the truck slams the brakes. This looks more like an accident, he might have not had the purpose to run into the rear of the truck. Lets disregard the VDM aswell.
About Ben Mckay - The most obvious rulebreak and in my eyes, most serious one, that I will action in this report is him calling you right around 9:27 and "you r******d little person". This is behaviour we do not accept on our community, hence a ban will be put in place for 1.2. Also, Ben Mckay breaks roleplay, which will be added to his ban under 2.8.
About Walterss - At around 19:40 mark he treathens to report you aswell as breaking RP, which he has also been doing abit during this video. Both of these fall under the rule 2.8 and will be actioned.
About Yacine - During the two encounters you had at Aluminium Processor, all the roleplay that you gave was basically Leave/Get away from the area, or we will shoot you/kill you. This is not far from the example stated in the rule 7.1.3 which is "Put your hands up or I will shoot". When Walterss takes the truck, you open fire at him. As the rule mentioned clearly states, high quality roleplay has to be provided before you kill somebody. I do not see your roleplay here as high quality, as all the roleplay was basically you telling them you'd broken NLR and as mentioned, "get out of the area or we will shoot". You did not kill him - however this will be put as a warning on you on BM.
About Kippers - Same as I said about Yacine goes for you, however you decided to shoot and kill the person that did not jump into the truck, without high quality roleplay provided. I'm confused as to why you had to open fire and kill that man, when you could have spoken to him instead. Now this is a direct breach of rule 7.1.3 and will be actioned accordingly. You killed someone without providing high quality roleplay.
Now thats the end of it. I would like to point out that if you are reporting someone for a rulebreak, please provide evidence of them breaking it. In this case, I'm talking about the apparent break of NLR.
