Farrels were on Farrel patrol when we seen some guy looking at us with a rifle from a window. We then proceeded to talk to him and ended up getting shot by his friends. This video will show what went down. thank youg

do you got by any chance a longer video 3-5 mins prior to the shooting?

so after i looked into other reports i saw the same situation what was reported. and there we had enough video evidence, 
to conclude there was no roleplay beforehand. So donalt rump is already banned on that report.
But it seems Xan wanted to also be part of the situation. so he did not provided high quality roleplay. but decided to run the building 
and start opening fire. therefore he will be punished aswell.
