Please (in detail) describe the incident
Whilst conducting a PA and my PCSO speaking with a civilian, Zak comes along and without any roleplay shoots and kills the SPC I have with me.
I could not attempt to resolve as I couldn't find him on teamspeak. I do firmly believe he was simply someone who had no regard for the rules.
If this was the incorrect thing to do then I apologise.
