VIDEO 1: It started when I was just at the Police HQ as an CSO. I was waiting for a higer rank so I could patrol. I was just roleplaying with a guy called Anthony Guetta (Hes innocent), When suddenly a hobo arrived. He started playing music so I got him restrained and told him in slashes that hes breaking rules and needs to stop, After that I just let him go. VIDEO 2: When I was patrolling with a higher rank we spot him again at Kavala square playing music even after I clearly siad hes not allowed to do that. I told him to stop again, And made it clear. VIDEO 3: He didn't stop so I just captured it and left.
