Roleplay.co.uk vs modded servers

So lately i have been playing a lot on lakeside (modded server) and i have been experiencing bad rp and just rdm. That is why i love this server so much.

It would be fantastic if Roleplay.co.uk made a modded server instead of altis life 3 maybe so everyone who wanted could join that server.

But just look at this. The rp is so bad and i even get rdm'ed twice! I really hope that roleplay.co.uk will try a modded server at one point though...

A roleplay.co.uk modded server is always something that i have wanted to happen alongside the normal servers they have now. I would love for server 3 to be changed into a modded server and supported by mods such as task force radio and a different 3rd person model to change and alter the experiences of role play, but still on the map Altis. The server would carry over the same stats but just make it more realistic for players that want to add more into their role play. This idea would allow people who want to further extend their role play to join server 3. It would also bring a reduction to the amount of rule breakers as those who are more experienced in role play will probably choose server 3, whereas the new players that have just spawned in that are still learning will be on server 1 and 2. It would also stop things such as Meta and fail RP using the task force radio. Although this idea highly appeals to me i doubt this will ever take place, i just don't see there ever being a modded server.

Although a modded server would be nice, management have made it very clear they are not wanting to enter the realm of modded servers for now. They may chose to go down the modded route in the future but for now, it's not going to happen unfortunately most likely due to compatability issues and that it will stop some very active members of the community like myself from being able to play (due to crappy systems).

This has been discussed so many times. Right now from what i know and have heard RPUK is just about keeping up with current updates and maintaining the current servers to its high standards. Adding a single modded server would put our current DEVs under way to much work and essentially we would need more, which would then cost more money and would take way to much time. And the end result to this post will probably be like every other, in saying RPUK/ALUK is a (Vanilla) altis life server where no mods are required it is easier for new players to just jump straight on, it can be maintained to its high standards, for people with not so good Computers/Laptops or internet speeds you dont need to go and download different modded files, which will also mostly increase the current mission file and lastly it is a lot easier for people to get the hang of with knowing how to play.

what do you mean advertising? I would just have put this on my youtube channel and nothing else if it was not for the bad rp and rdm. I just wqnted to show how good roleplay.co.uk players is at following the rules.

im not saying that every server should be modded but maybe they could try to mod server 3 cause it is not used much anyways
