Name of player I am reporting: Romain Albatard

Description: For the first 3.5 minutes of my video, nothing is going on. I exit my character from the map, because I had to use the restroom. When I log back on, a man named Romain Albatard approaches me (where I spawned in). He says "Hello guy." I don't respond right away because I'm trying to figure out how to lower my gun. I then say "Hello. What's up?" He then asks me how I am. I say I'm doing fine, and I ask him how he's doing. There's an awkward silence, and I ask if I can help him. Then he kills me.
Broken rule: RDM (I think). He never made any demands, or expressed that he was hostile. Basically, I spawn in, he says hi, I say hi, and he kills me. I never had a chance. If this doesn't break a rule, then RP is almost pointless.
Did I try to resolve the issue? Yes. I didn't think to record me doing this, but I told him that he can't just say hi and kill someone, and I told him to compensate me or I would report this issue. He never responded.
FYI: My video was too large to attach, so I uploaded it to Youtube. My shadowplay was set to record in-game audio (and NOT my microphone), and I wasn't aware of this until after the fact. I really hope that doesn't keep this guy from getting the hammer. I don't think anyone thinks it's OK to play like that on this server.
