I got banned for killing in a greenzone (kavala garage) and also not using a microphone at the time of the event.
Heres the ban thread for evidence in my case :
First id like to explain what happend through my eyes and not the BHs.
I was driving through kavala and noticed him in his pickup truck slowing down, and since i used to be a BH, i could smell far off that he was one. I decided i would rob him, so i took chase in my gokart.
He pulls into the garage area and stops there, i pull up infront. I shoot his WHEEL and not at him, this is to eliminate the chances of escape, also helps incase of desync. This is where he claims im shooting at him, i wouldnt have missed a standing still vehicle would i?
I type in chat "get hands or something like that" I will explain why after the storytime is over.
He jumps out with guns out and i await his response ( this is very clear in the video provided by him )
He opened direct fire at me and i responded with my own, how i didnt get tazed is shocking.
Im not gonna talk about the following side chat talk cus its basically me blaiming that he was metagaming me and he claims he could see my face with NVG,
Note that the BH NEVER tried to RP, he never said a word in his microphone either.
Nothing can be undo what i did there, but i reread the rules and i knew before reading them that killing in greenzones werent allowed but i didnt see garage being in a greenzone, only knew the market in kavala was safe.
I always play with microphone on, this is the only time ive played without and my reasoning is it was late and people were sleeping in my house. I know this provides shitty as hell RP, but i was just doing some late night coke runs and that BH started tailing me around in kavala.
Ive closely reread the rules to update my self.
