Description of what happened: Game crashed while in my vehicle, rejoined about 3 minutes later and it had gone, I then saw it fly past me so I loaded up FRAPS and started recording in hope I would see it again. This happened...
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: VDM & Stealing NHS Vehicles

I know this report does not involve me, but for around an hour and a half yesterday there were about 10 police at the Kavala garage yesterday having to prevent people from pulling vehicles because of this player and a few others repeatedly pulling out vehicles and VDM'ing players. Not only that, but when he was arrested he just continuously spat on anyone that came by, and it was really annoying, this guy shouldn't be allowed to play here any more, just my two cents. 

You can ask PC Scott McTavish he was involved.
