Why is server 3 never on, it makes no sense. the servers get full every day but they dont open the other one?

Sever 2 and 3 are overflow servers. This means they are turned on manually and normally at peak times. Server 3 is the lowest priority and will be turned on my a senior if necessary. There's no point in starting the server at the end of the peak time because it will be run by gangs/drug run galore.

Then im almost certain myself and the rest of TI will slaughter the people doing mindless drug runs like we did the other day :)
