Description of what happened: i was ticketing him for verbal abuse against a police officer and he refused all three chances after i read him his rights he combat logged whilst in cuffs, also he broke rp unfortunately i did not get this on record.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No because after he left the game he did not join back also he is not on ts.
