Shop robberies cool down

Brief Summary: Till / Safe cooldown



Detailed Suggestion:
I think it would be good if the cooldown on the shop robberies were longer. Not being salty 🤣 but since owning a shop I think 15 minutes or whatever it is these days to cool down from being robbed until you can hit it again, is not long enough. 4/5 notifications of your shop being robbed in a few hours seems abit much, it's not the money I mind, it's the shop closing 🤣. Or maybe even a set limit of times it can be hit in one day / storm.


The Pros: Pros would be that instead of people knowing it is only 15 minutes cooldown and then they can return, they would have to travel and do other shops around the city if their plan is to keep hitting shops - and in going for other shops, bring different risks dependant on the location (more police) instead of just hitting the ones that don't always catch police's attention. Also brings more RP, whether they catch a chase from doing so, or coming face to face with the shop owners who are in the city. Also seen a post I think, or somewhere that when people do pharmacy to pharmacy they stopped responding or just waited at one pharmacy because they knew what were coming, and becomes quite boring for the police and G6.



The Cons: Dev work
Might get a little boring for crime not sure? But then again there is plenty of shops in the city
 
I see it from different sides, right off the bat crims need far more to do, we can’t start taking things away.

However I’ve always been vocal that RPUK isn’t the most new player friendly server and if a new player is trying to get food to survive and has to go to 10 different stores before they can get one that hasn’t been robbed it doesn’t set the best example or give them motivation to stick around.

What I believe could work better is set the map into 4 sections: Paleto, Sandy, North/South of the city, then have a limit of how many stores can be broken at a time in these areas. Therefore stopping people going around and leaving every store out of action and slows down the amount of robbery’s however doesn’t remove the feature. Balance this with a boost in reward and you can quickly even it out for the crim but make it more fair for store owners.
