Solicitor licence bug

I got the solicitor licence but police can not see me on duty (according to Sebastien and @VeikkQ). Besides that I also do not get any dispatches.

The dispatches are not for Solicitor's at the moment. I will look into the on duty system again. Thank you

 
This has been solved for next update/hotfix
