I have seen that there is a section in stats where you can log in as NHS, staff, popo etc. I am both popo and NHS and cant log in and wondered why and I also wondered what exactly it is for?

believe it's a high ranking for whitelisting.

It's a seperate login to the main website, only given to people that need to whitelist or perform admin duties.

Basically, it is for whitelisting and other duties, each person that needs access has their own account on there with the access they need to do their duties, for example the leader of MPU has his account that can only edit the MPU ranks.
