The Mob
The Mob was created by the Russian Mafia between the 1970s & 1980s. Mostly settling in a southern Brooklyn area known as Brighton Beach (sometimes nicknamed "Little Odessa"). Here is where Russian organized crime began in the US. Firstly starting out as petty crimes. The Mob was able to have a strong effect within the area and was able to push the government out. This is where The Mob was able to make a name for itself as the Russian Mafia trusted them with bigger criminal activities such as Drug Trafficking, Extortion, Murder, Robbery, Arms Trafficking, Gambling, Money Laundering and much more to this day.
In 2012, there were as many as 6,000 groups within the Russian Mafia. With more than 200 of them having a global reach which includes The Mob. Criminals of these various groups are either former prison members, corrupt officials and business leaders, people with ethnic ties, or people from the same region with shared criminal experiences and leaders. As The Mob expanded their power and were able to be more organized. Bigger opportunities meant they expanded into different States within the US. Then into different countries.

Beginning of 2023 The Russian Mafia has sent over a well trusted individual to Los Santos. He is there to start a new brand of The Mob in Los Santos due to the Islands strategic location and begin operations to import and export goods around the world. Information about what they are importing and exporting is unknown to this day and conversations were made to invest into legitimate businesses to help fund The Mob's operations within Los Santos. No one knows who or what The Mob look like. But I'm sure they will make their presents known when needed!
