Police main groups and NHS main groups are leaving the forum soon, they will now become sub groups.

I am sick and i am sure Ciaran is sick of sorting tags out all the time when we can be spending time elsewhere, so changes are being made.

Its a good change as it will fix the "i lost my tags" issue.
