Description of what happened: He was arrested for trolling and driving into other vehicles attempting to VDM, (I have no video so its not in this report) the server said to reconnect and then he hurls this abuse at me.
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]1B) Racism is punished by a permanent ban without appeal[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, as he isn't on teamspeak and i've been up 39 hours.
