Summary: Turbo upgrades on Helicopters

Full Description:
When customizing a Helicopter (at least the Havok) you have the option to buy Turbo, expensive, and does nothing. Don't know if this concerns Airplanes as well.

Don't know if it is possible to implement it, but worst case remove it so nobody else purchases it.

Have you tested if it has an affect above 1k feet?

The performance upgrades on the ultralight can only be seen above 1k ft, it seems that below that there is some sort of speed cap, idk if it affects helis.

Was confirmed by a Dev in a ticket that turbo does not do anything!

That's a base GTA feature if I remember correctly. Above a certain altitude all planes get a speed boost.
