Turn while crawling

It would be nice if you could use A and D to turn left and right while using /e crawl
Currently it only moves you in a straight line so to turn you have to cancel to emote which makes you stand up, turn and then emote again which doesn't feel right if you are using it to RP injuries.

Afraid the animation doesn't support moving whilst it's running.
