Tyrant Supercar Bugged Lights and top speed

The backlights on the tyrant for some reason are not there even though you can see them shining. For some reason the top speed with bumps is also 135, it seems that there's a limit there that stops it from going faster. Would appreciate if somebody looked at it as it seems it's a bit bugged.

Hi, I went to LSC and I'm pretty sure this happens because of the window tinting that is on the car, so unless that is a bug this issue should be resolved apart from the top speed of the car.

If you clean the car you will be able to see the rear lights, they get tinted with windows but are still visible if cleaned.
