In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for multiple reasons which were; VDM (2.1) - this is when you use your vehicle to use as a weapon,Metagame (4.2) - where you use not role play ways to gain intelligence to aid you in doing something eg. a gunfight, Combat log (2.5) - This is when you leave the game while; role playing, being in a gunfight, Being chased or restraint.

Why should we unban you?
Firstly, I was banned for multiple things and feel like if I was to talk to an admin before getting banned I could have explained my situation with each thing as I would never do anything wrong as this community has been too good to me. I am deeply sorry about this and strongly regret my action of doing this. I hope I never negatively affected anyone that was around me when I broke this rules. If I was unbanned I would not break this or any other rule. I think I should be unbanned because I've nearly been in the community for a year now and it's been very eventful I have to meet many friends who are still close and I personally class as close friends. On top of this, I've had many many fun times that I will cherish and I want to have more of this experience and meet more new people.

Secondly, I did / would never not blatantly meta game. I was just in shock with a number of people in the gang on at the time and to my knowledge, within roleplay, we were not dealing with them. I personally think it would be sad to metagame to gain an unfair advantage against of other people. I think that was the most amount of members of a gang I have seen and was just amazed and had respect for the gang. I would never metagame if I was unbanned. I'm unsure if meta game and fail rp is the same thing I thought it was so I just wrote meta game in why I was banned.

Next, I never combat log and the only Sanrio I can think of which will fix the time frame is there was a gunfight near glass trader (maybes further down the road) and I was killed so I waited at Kavala PD for my nlr over. When it was over I proceeded to assist(however there was only one cop there at a time) Not realizing a tournament was starting which I was involved with I decided not to go the gunfight and to pull over (i can't remember if I impounded the car or not) and left the game. I think I was at least 1km away if not more, however, I think I was banned as I alt+f4ed which I now understand is not allowed. I am deeply sorry about this and it will not happen again.

I have never run someone over and purpose and if I did I would usually pull over and apology for running somebody. There are times where I would go through Kavala from npas area going way too fast past Kavala green zone and running people over which sometimes I would keep on driving. Another time I can remember of a VDM case is when I was near glass trader from the iron trader as I turned the corner there was another cop car (which was on the wrong side of the road) so we crashed causing them to go die and me surviving. I did pull over to them to apologize and call the medics to help them out. If I was unbanned I would drive more carefully and apology if I did run someone over. When driving through Kavala there will be a random people who will purposely run in front of your car just to run someone over.

Overall, I feel like this is a learning curve and if I was unbanned I would be a lot more careful and I now understand what I can and can't do(even though I would never purposely break a rule). I really enjoy this community and it is my favorite community. After I was banned for the first week I felt empty and would just laze around watching youtube and if I was unbanned I would have something to do as I am still bored. If I was unbanned I would join in a gang grinding my money and make sure to not break any rules at all. Finally, if I could l I would apologize to all the people I did wrong to. Moreover, since I was banned I have decreased the amount of time I play arma by a massive amount which I don't like as I think arma is a great game and there's no other good servers.

*I'm unsure what server and the date in which I was banned from I have a good feeling it was the 21,22,23. I was most likely on server 2 at the time.*

So we'll go through this paragraph by paragraph, shall we.

(1) Do you feel you'd be able to talk your way out of a complete disregard for police roleplay, as well as police rules? You across 2 situations have represented the police in such a poor manner, I honestly can't fathom how you achieved your former rank. You rushed roleplay, in order to hammer through situations as quickly as possible, not only did this ruin the roleplay of those you were arresting. This lazy half arsed attempt at being a police officer in a rank such as yours ruined ongoing situations, to which you entered with the grace of a hippo, colliding with several officers and rebels before jumping out and issuing compliance of 'This is NCA, put your hands above your head or you're going to be tazed' mitigating any ongoing roleplay. In some of the situations I have witnessed there are officers of the rank PCSO, who showed you, a CI up, it comes to a point where you seem to be doing absolutely everything you can within your power to antagonise a situation where the rebel has to de-escalate before you end up getting shot. In addition that, using the phone/server list etc.. to find out the number of people from a certain gang that are online and sharing that information in character, or even out of character. You then while in a downed state and awaiting NHS saw fit to log off. This brings me fittingly onto point 2.

(2) So with all that given do you wish to revise your statement, or need I remind you of the two bans also on your record?

(3) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, so far I have counted 7 individual rulebreaks whilst using our services for which you were caught. That's not including multiples of the same rulebreak you have committed.

(1) Seems fairly blatant to me given that this conversation happened ingame, at a police station.

You: 'You know how you can look up who's on the island right now'
Officer: 'Yes'
You: 'Yeah have a look, and look at the Psychos'
Officer: 'Have a look at what? Uh Psychos, one second... oh fuck'

So not only have you metagamed yourself by being previously aware of this information, this also falls under rule 1.8.

(1.8) Forcing or encouraging another member of the community to break a rule is punishable by a ban. 
 

(2) You shouldn't really metagame in the first place though, given it's a server rule and all that.

(1) So after flying through Kavala greenzone at speeds which I expect to be in the high 200's, you collided with a wall, and were downed. While in this downed state, before respawning you disconnected.

(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first).

(1) There were two situations of this caught on camera, one of which you jumped out of your car at the weed processor and proceeded to issue compliance to the people there, ruining any establish rapport or roleplay the officers on scene had built up. The second situation, you were approaching Agios at speed from the Eastern side and you collided with a silver SUV, which flipped, you continued to drive round the bend, stopped to analyse some offroads then drove off, making no attempt to help the driver of the vehicle, much less offering an apology as you stated.

Needless to say, denied. Feel free to re-appeal in 5 days time.
